EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

The staff responded promptly to questions and were super nice and helpful for the whole stay. Rooms were large and had many amenities. Shuttle service to the airport is quick. Overall, a great experience.

Place undergoing some upgrade

Very dated not like pictures bathroom needs updated and deep clean bath water was brown

The property is great. The staff is very professional and friendly. I don't think I was part of VIP. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the cleanliness, quiet and services. I recommend this hotel.

The room was extra roomy, the staff went out of its way to help your stay very comfortable. Free shuttle to and from the airport. wifi was extra fast except during the storm hours. clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast food is also excellent. Location is great as well, 6 minute to the airport and near major embassies and museums and city center, very safe.

fast wifi, hotel room was a suite configuration, comfortable. quiet and clean. the restaurant food was excellent, half of the food was Chinese. In a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Offer free airport shuttle, will be back again on Wednesday before flying to Osaka on Friday. really like the hotel.

My stay at Airside Hotel was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean and nice place to stay.

The air-conditioner wasn’t working and it took 3 days to get a technician. Condition of rooms were poor and showing age. Showers splashed water onto floor and 1 room didn’t even have a shower curtain. Daily breakfast suppose to be open 6:30-10:00. When we arrived around 9:00 we were told it was closed. Also room service not billed to room- had to pay cash as you ordered. 1 room’s doorknob was falling off.

The hotel was located close to the airport which was very convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful and the restaurant was open conveniently and available twenty four hours for room service too. The food was great. Stairs to the upper levels no elevator but the room was clean as were the bedding and the towels. I would absolutely stay here again should that opportunity arise.
