Restaurant breakfast is ok. Subpar. Limited options. Staff was friendly. Room was ok.

A nice location close to the airport. We had a one night stay before catching a small flight to a smaller island. It was pleasant, clean, the bar/restaurant had good food and drinks, and the service was great. They also provide a free shuttle from/to the airport.

1. Close to the airport. 2. Skilled and capable reception staff. But, identifying the shuttle bus was a challenge, has to wait for about 3 hours. The driver did not know the SureStay by Best Western name. do not offer breakfast included service.

I like the convenience of this hotel. Located near the airport and has a restaurant on location.

The free roundtrip transport to beach was horrible. the driver left us in the area of beach but said we had to find it. then he cut the pick up time by an hour just to have us waiting for an hour at the area where he left us and it got dark. he said he had iver slept. told him we will speak to his boss and his boss was MIA for the rest of our trip. The staff didnt know about anything surrounding hotel or anything else. They work therebone would think they would hear or know ofplaces to go for the tourists. Food choices was limited and all was expensive. NY prices.I will return to the island but not to that hotel.

Staff was very helpful. If you don't have any car rented , hotel provide a free shutter service to Grace bay beach (ask at the reception). I took the service with my family the first day and it was good. Shutter service is also available at the hotel to the airport. Area around the property is poor. Property is located on the old airport road which looks abandoned. However, it is walking distance from Smart supermarket.

Good services and smiles

Good hotel for a quick stay. It is expensive to get a taxi and everything you want to do requires a taxi. Beds were comfortable. Dinner was delicious. Staff was mostly helpful but didn’t seem overly eager.

Nice that it’s close to the airport, but it costs a ton to get down to Grace Bay. Once we stayed and it was clean, then this last time the floor wasn’t as clean.
