Every time I go to Payakumbuh, I always stay here. The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is not complicated and the breakfast is delicious.

Climb the stairs from the 3rd floor to the room, the key didn't work so I had to go back down even though I had paid for 2 nights. I managed to get into the room but it wasn't cleaned, there was no mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar sachets, I had to ask for it first. Next time I'll change hotels if I'm on business in this city.

One of the hotels with good and clean facilities in Payakumbuh city. This will be my choice if I want to stay close to the city center.

It is quite hard to find hotels with a "normal" range of amenities in West Sumatra, but Narasaki is one of them. For example, there is hot water; It just takes a while for it to come out. The breakfast that they serve in the morning is pretty solid but it is always Indonesian-style. The hotel is also quite far away from mosques, so you don't hear the early morning Adhans (the Muslim call to prayer) which can be quite irksome to non-Muslim travelers.

The food is good but not very varied, the main menu is the same for 3 nights. The room was tidied up, but we found a small cockroach on the dressing table.

Sangat berkesan, semua karyawan hotel ramah. Tataletak ruangan rapi, wangi hotel sangat natural, sejuk.

The rooms are clean and large, very comfortable for two couples for a staycation at this hotel.

The service from the employees is very good, the food is delicious, and the view from the hotel is very beautiful.

The room smells of cigarettes, even though I ordered a non smoking room, the hotel staff said there were no non smoking rooms, it didn't work according to the application, the alternative had been sprayed with deodorizer but it still smelled of cigarettes, made me dizzy, nauseous, it was enough to stay here just once, give up . ☹️.

Recommended for those who want to go to Payakumbuh, the hotel is clean and comfortable, a little experience for improvement, when the mouth is still chewing and there are a few crackers left on the plate, the plate is ready to be taken (yes sir?) maybe the influence of baby (pregnant) in the stomach, which is a clean hobby clean (maybe it's a girl), I hope you will be born and grow up healthy, amen.

Overall fun. The air conditioner is cold, the rooms are large and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel staff is also alert. But for the bathroom, it happened to be a bit smelly and spread to the room, so the exos fan had to be turned on so that the unpleasant smell was not too obvious.

The hotel is relatively a good quality for Payakumbuh city. The bed, bathroom, and lobby are good compared to hotels in the big city. However, don't expect any great service from them. Secondly, I would stay away from rooms near the main road. It can be noisy from the traffic from large commercial vehicles. I would give the hotel a 5 Star rating for the WIFI. Recommended hotel to stay in Payakumbuh, for sure.
