I like the service of Nan Berlian Inn Room.

The bathroom smells and sometimes the electricity often trips.

The room smells of cigarettes, the bathroom smells, the bathroom shower is very small, the towels are not very clean. In the app photo there is a TV, but in reality the TV has been removed, only the remote control remains. In the app photo there is a table and chairs, in reality there is a table but no chairs.

It's really bad, the room smells bad, the bathroom smells bad, luckily it's only transit to store suitcases.

Kamar sesuai harga. Ac dingin, seperti kos-kosan, tidak ad pembersihan kamar harian, kl diminta mungkin bisa, tidak dapet sabun, sikat, air minum, shower hanya air dingin, toilet beberapa kali macet flushnya, nanti dipanggil yang jaga baru bisa diperbaiki, kl mau pindah room, tetap gak bisa walaupun stay beberapa hr seperti saya yang extend, stay seminggu. Ad teras buat jemuran, hanya sepertinya tidak dibersihkan, dan menyambung dengan kamar-kamar di sblhnya, resepsionis tidak standby di tempat, kebanyakan sore udah gak gak ad orangnya, udah ttup kantornya. Parkiran motor lumayan banyak, untuk kolam, selama stay gak pernah ke kolam. Cari room yang terjangkau hrgnya, pas-pasan atau sudah gak ad pilihan lain mungkin bisa kesni. ☺

It was never cleaned, the toilet smelled, it didn't match the description of the hotel I was staying at.

Jorok banget, ga nyangka aja sejorok itu. Ban yak kok oyo murah tapi ga gitu amat, daleman cowo masih nge gantung di pintu kamar mandi, ntah handuk siapa masih gantung di kamar mandi, lantai kamar mandi super licin berlendir ga pernah di bersihin sama sekali, bau. Gak rekomed sama sekali.

The check-in process was not complicated and the guard was friendly. Luckily, we got a room on the third floor so we could hang out on the balcony. The surrounding area was busy but it did not disturb our peace and privacy.

Not friendly staff. Hard to get check in. My worst experience.

Bagus sih deket dari mana aj … suka murah lagi.

Pelayanan tidak ramah, room tidak seperti di foto.

Kami pesan twin bed, yang diberi adalah 1 bed. Sial. Rekan kerja saya tak bisa tidur bersama dalam 1 tempat tidur. Dia sering terbangun jika begitu. Akhirnya dia tidur di mobil.

TV mati padahal tadinya pesan ada, cuma ada bed dan lemari, AC cukup sh. Tembok seperti lapuk. Tapi ya namanya buat rebahan doang sh.

Lebih mirip kos, ketimbang homestay. Gang sempit dan kotor. Jangan harap tv menyala, dan semua balkon di semua kamar tidak bisa dibuka. Kotor dan jorok juga. Ketemu sama owner atau apanya mungkin (sipit) judes. Mau cari kolam, ternyata gabung sama hotel sebelah. Kalo budget di bawah 150 ya mungkin wajar, tapi pas highseason trus dapat harga 281.000, itu mah tidak wajar bagi saya. Managemen harus diubah kalo mau tetep dapat pelanggan.

For a cheap price, this hotel is okay. The AC is cold, the room is big and the bathroom is also okay. The only thing lacking was the TV, it was broken and the room was a bit gloomy, dirty. Overall okay.

The toilet lamp was broken, there was a cocroach, the wifi did not reach the third floor. There was no trash bin, the dirty table, broken bed lamps, and the TV didn't work.

I thought one room could accommodate a maximum of 3 people, but it turned out only 2 people. Then one person had to add 100 thousand, and they weren't given a mattress as well. It's better to go to a star hotel, it's even more comfortable.

Not bad for the price, affordable, clean and comfortable, only there is a lack of an elevator.
