The room is quite spacious and complete with amenities, kitchen, refrigerator.

The electricity in my room often tripped, so I couldn't turn on all my electronics at the same time. Just one trip is enough. It's fine for transit.

I ordered room & breakfast for the food was delicious and there were several choices, I chose fried rice, for the restaurant area it was clean and located in tower c area which was different tower from the room I occupied, but it was okay because it was still close and for the room it was clean, fragrant, complete amenities, comfortable, I have booked several times at apart by Ironman and it is always satisfying👍

The AC is really hot. And it's only in one room.

The worst experience staying here, tired after vacation, when I got the room, the mattresses were all really sore, the springs were already on the sofa bed, it was no longer fit for use, I will not stay here again, for that price it is not worth it

Feels like home, clean, easy access to everywhere, basically I like it, delicious breakfast.

Wasnt well kept, the kitchen and the bathrooms were dirty, borderline filthy. Pictures are not accurate to the actual room.

The admin and staff are friendly and nice, the rooms are also very clean, fragrant, and comfortable.

The apartment is close to Ciwalk, at that price it is in accordance with the facilities, the downside is that there is no trash can provided.

There is only 1 AC and it is not cold at all until finally we opened the windows and doors to let cool air in. It has been set repeatedly and the AC is also shared between the bedroom and the front room.... and the other bedroom is not affected by AC but from the big room uses exhaust so it is not the cold that enters the room but the room's dust that enters instead of the cool air...

fragrant linen, fragrant towels, complete amenities, it's just a shame there's no dispenser and magicom like the info in the photo, the water is only replaced with bottled mineral water so when you need hot water you have to cook it first, it's complicated, then the portable stove needs to wait an hour for the staff to refill it, maybe it's better to replace it with a regular gas stove, because the experience in the previous room was all ok, unfortunately yesterday it was full so I can't book that room again

Highly recommended, clean, fragrant, strategic location, fast staff, cheap price, everything is complete from cooking utensils to everything available.

The only drawback is that the gallon of water given is only half a gallon, probably left over from the previous tenant and the noisy sound from the hallway and the room from the neighboring unit..it should have been given a gallon that was full of water and still sealed..not a gallon of water that was already half a gallon that was given to the next tenant like the gallon of water left over from the tenant before me..and for the tightness of the unit, maybe it needs to be considered because the sound from the hallway and the neighboring rooms can always be heard from the noisy sound from the hallway and the rooms of the neighboring units

The rooms are clean and tidy, with amenities like free Wi-Fi and TV. The service here is also very good. They are always helpful and responsive.
