We stayed more than 5 days, at first we booked a deluxe, large and look comfort room but the cleanliness was very bad, cockroaches, cigarette butts as if untouched in the bathroom and even worse the water did not flow. I asked to move to the same room type and whaatt there was a TV without a channel, at 5:00 the lights went out while the other area was on, (how come) and after I asked the security they turned the switch off wrong ..... Woow amazing .... The second day I asked to move back to the previous room (almost every morning at 5:00 the electricity was turned off / off) because the air conditioner was not cold and tv no Chanel, the 4th night there was an arrogant notice from the female reception staff that we had to move because tomorrow the room was already in the booking, (the deluxe room is fully booked but I can still make reservations in the same room type) it seems that OYO has to learn to update allotments with me. (Don't worry man free) I was moved in a stuffy, dusty VIP room, broken wardrobe, no AC ... (I felt like staying in a chicken coop) and at the end I decided to move in a normal room at a lower price until my work in Bandar jaya finished. (For OYO management, what standards have you applied? You have set aside the basic principles of a true hospitality business.) (Cheap but don't be cheap and odd)
