Pulo Sari is no longer collaborating with OYO anymore, the hotel's CS just gave me sudden news. Unclear!

When I checked in, the room wasn't ready. Waited a long time, it was raining heavily luckily with the car. The tap water turns off at night until dawn, doesn't come out, it's hard to do ablution without water. Plan to check out at noon so check out at dawn, this is the first time staying at a hotel/villa experiencing something like this. Hopefully the manager fixes it.

Tidak layak untuk ditempati, kasur semua kotor kaya gak pernah di cuci, tembok kotor kamar mandi apalagi, kotor banget. Langsung balik kanan pas liat keadaan kaya gitu. Tidak sesuai gambar-gambar.

Really recommended, strategic and comfortable place, clean rooms, friendly waiters. In front there is a shop, only the tv doesn't turn on, but it's okay to rarely watch tv too.

Lodging at a low price, there is also a warm soaking pool, not far from the sariater, the staff is friendly.

The staff is friendly, parking is ok, but the signpost is not big enough & it's blurry so the inn is a bit hard to find. Towels are also lacking. Did you know in the booking that there were 2 guests, but only 1 towels were given. Then another drawback is that there is no fan. For that price, there should at least be a fan.

There is no air conditioning but it's not hot, be careful when you come to this hotel area for the first time because the person who offered the villa will really follow you until we enter the villa, many people monitor the villa from night until morning as vehicles safe outside. If there is an alarm in the morning (many are selling it), it's cheap and comfortable, it's not clean enough, even though it's nice to have a soaking pool.
