Enthusiastic staff, clean rooms. Sometimes it's a bit hot when it's sunny due to the dark sun. Overall good.

The receptionist is enthusiastic, the double room has a loft like a boarding house.

The hotel is located quite close to the center so it is convenient to move. The receptionist is warm and cheerful. Regarding the room, if you look closely at the bed, there is a lot of tiny dust. The layout and arrangement of furniture in the room is not logical. +The power outlet is placed in the corner of the wall and there is a long table (where snacks, coffee, etc.) are pressed down so the TV cannot be plugged in. The staff can help fix it (the receptionist informed us that it was because the room was new). (repaired so the structure was changed) but when I plugged it in, the TV was displayed but I couldn't click to watch the show on YouTube so I had to change it to another TV. It also takes about 1 hour to repair. +Regarding the spray nozzle in the toilet, it is not convenient for the user to install, so it is very cumbersome. >> In general, with a room price of 400,000/night, it's not okay for me and I can't accept the amenities in the room like that.

Service ok. Great hotel

Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Convenient central location for commuting. However, the room is a bit small than I thought and the toilet is not clean. Hope the hotel will improve in the future

The room is clean, not dusty, the hotel solves the problem for guests well, the elevator is usually available and fast, close to the center, restaurants, entertainment venues.

The hotel decor is beautiful and clean, the service staff is very enthusiastic and attentive. The holiday experience is really great when choosing the hotel as a stopover.
