cleaning to continue the room was a bit slower than requested

Beware of room 401; somehow the electrical system is so loud in the morning. I don't know what's broken, but exactly at 6 o'clock for the three nights I stayed there, it clacked, clacked, clacked non-stop for 30 minutes.

I stayed here for 3 nights + 1 night. The price was pretty good on weekdays, but it was a bit pricey on weekends, so I moved to another hotel on Friday and Saturday. The hotel was okay, but if you want to stay overnight, don't look for a room near the window; it's not soundproof, so sometimes when there's a street band playing at night, it can be quite noisy until 1 a.m. So I stayed one night in a room with a window and then asked to be moved to another room for 3 nights.

Hotel in Bukit Bintang close to access to dining places, the hotel is clean, there is a shower and heater, clean towels, there are toothbrushes and toothpaste, there is a tax of 10RM/night, there is a guarantee of 50RM which will be returned upon checkout.

Close to everything. There are plenty of eateries nearby, especially since the hotel is located directly across from Cheng Meng.

The hotel is clean, only the room is a bit narrow, so the space to move is a bit limited. The location of the hotel is very strategic, you can walk everywhere and there are many culinary places

The room is very small and no windows by the way. I found a little cockroach on the floor beside the bed. The ambiance is not calm. I think you must think twice if you want to stay here.

This is like a sharia hotel with a strategic location close to big malls such as the pavilion and Jl Alor food courts.

There were a lot of cockroaches in the room! Changed to a new room which was better, although we only found 1 small cockroach in the new room.

This hotel is good for you if you want a strategic location. Other things to note: the room has no soundproof at all. I slept for 3 days and every day I heard live music very loud until 00.10 AM, it's very disturbing. The room is so-so, but the smell is not nice at all, you need to ask for room service otherwise your room won't be cleaned.

I had a problem when checking in, I booked a room for 3 people for 4 nights, but they gave me a double room on the first day and we end up sleep in the king bed because they said my room had a problem and needed to be fixed the next day and yeah I just trust them. Overall during the day I just asked them if I wanted to move to the room I booked and everything was fine. The hotel is located near Alor street food place and close to the MRT, but it is very noisy.

Very helpful. Near with food, mall, easy to find anything we need. Also at the night got the busking. We very pleasantly

I have been there for 3D2N, the room is small. The location is the best area. Many stores for shopping, food, and near from public transportation. Overall OK. Recommended.

Very strategic location, comfortable bed, just a shame the staff is not very friendly. There are some shortcomings, not many. Highly recommended if you stay in Bukit Bintang, very close to everywhere.

Location is good, staff was so friendly and helpful but the soundproof of the room really cannot tolerate. There was live music every night till 24.00 next to hotel and feels like the singer sing right to your ear. And cockroach running around the room.

Close to Pavillion and Alor. very crowded

The location is indeed strategic. But the hotel is a bit dirty and cramped. The toilet is dirty. There is no hot water in the shower. The AC is a bit smelly.

The most fitting location in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Choose a quadruple room on the 1st floor, too bad the pillow sheets are a bit dirty in color. Some of the curtain hangers are unhooked. The toilet is very narrow. At night it is very noisy with live music from the street so it is difficult to sleep.
