Friendly hotel staff Room 3/5, all facilities are good and usable However, some rooms are in poor condition

The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was varied. The rooms were spacious and clean.

You can walk around 5-10 minute to berjaya time square, alor street, and pavillion mall, and you can easily to find street food nearby. Good location. But the cleanliness of the room and the bed should be given more attention. Also the room not very soundproof.

Very close to Berjaya Times Square and Imbi LRT Station, only 5 minutes walk. Quiet atmosphere, many halal and non-halal food vendors.

Reception is not only very friendly but also very nice.

It was a good place to stay in KL.

The hotel was clean, what was even more enjoyable was that we were given facilities to store our luggage.

The hotel room was damp and smelled of mold. The bathroom was very smelly. I booked a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Please renovate the room.

Rent 2 rooms for 4 people, strategic location near TRX mall, Pudu terminal, lots of food vendors, but the room condition is not very clean, it smells a bit musty

over all good even though the hotel looks old but clean and comfortable

The location is far from the station but close to berjaya times square. 24 hour receptionist and friendly. The room is very narrow and has a strange shape and there is a hole near the air conditioner. the room is very stuffy that makes me nauseous. the air circulation in the room and toilet is only through the window which is difficult to open. there is no place for stuff in the bathroom.om

One of the hotels in KL that I recommend, even though the location is a bit far from Bukit Bintang, but the staff is very friendly and polite. The room is quiet, no one is noisy, the bathroom is aesthetic. Around the hotel there are many typical Chinese foods that are full of flavor and soupy, very suitable to eat at night.
