When I was there, I only saw 1 staff, namely the receptionist, after that I was given the key and I entered my room, I was greeted with a room that was not very clean, the bedcover and toilet were very dirty, there were still traces of other people's urine on the lid, as a result I complained and was given another room, then I opened the new room, it turned out to be the same, I opened the air door, it felt stuffy and like the smell of a room that had never been opened for months, the pillowcase was rotten and torn, the bedsheets had dirty spots, the AC was not cold, the air was hot, the bathroom drain was clogged, the floor from the beginning of entering until inside the room the dust that settled was never swept, even when I was sleeping and I dreamed that someone came into my room and saw me sleeping in black men's clothes, but he came out again, and I woke up, I swear it was the worst experience for me, was it because the price was cheap, it seemed like I I'm fed up with staying at this hotel,

the bathroom was dirty, the water was blocked and the receptionist was unfriendly

Dirty sheets, only given towels as a sign of toiletries. No mat in the bathroom. There is a table in the room, but it is not there.
