There was some kind of liquid on the sofa so it still looked wet and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in room E19/15.

Internet access is a bit slow

I often stay at this hotel for staycations because the hotel is strategic, close to malls and culinary centers, the price is not too expensive, it's okay for a family staycation on the weekend.

The place is nice, comfortable, and everyone is friendly. Overall, it's a cool place.

My first time checking in here, I was really happy with the friendly service, the beautiful pool view, and the cleanliness. Overall, I have no regrets about staying here.

The Wi-Fi was terrible, and it didn't work from nightfall until noon at check-out. The ceiling was moldy, and the AC was dripping. The facilities and cleanliness need to be improved, as the rooms are already aesthetically pleasing. The infinity pool and gym were clean, probably due to maintenance work by the apartment itself.

Spacious room and close to culinary places

Strategically located between Tangcity Mall and the apartment, easy access and parking lot. However, these things need attention: 1. The room cleanliness as I found a small cockroach roaming around on the floor during stay. 2. There are some stains in the bath towel and bed sheets. 3. The room is not that soundproof as I often heard sound from the neighbors. For other guest staying, please pay attention because there is no sign that can be placed in the door handle, the cleaning service will just enter with their own access (this is cautious for safety reason), just make sure to have a double lock from the inside. Apart from that, easily to get to the mall and the place is surrounded with late hour dining service in the area, and most importantly the Banks are so many, so comfortable for foreigners.

It was actually a comfortable stay, but there were a few points the management needed to address. 1. The AC was slightly leaking, leaving the bed and table wet. 2. The TV occasionally stuttered due to the Wi-Fi, making viewing uncomfortable. Thank you.

The staff is friendly, the facilities are great, this is the second time I've stayed here, there is a swimming pool, table tennis, for relaxing, billiards, a gym, clean, large rooms, the surrounding area has Lawson, Alfa, Indomaret, malls, Family Mart, Starbucks.

Overall very good and very comfortable, and many restaurants near the hotel.

I love coming here the most. It's just a short walk to the mall, the swimming pool is open until late at night, and there are plenty of supermarkets, especially FamilyMart. Fika Room is the best. I've been here many times. Next time, I'll bring my extended family here.
