The staff's friendliness was the highlight for me. The room was spacious and bright, aesthetics were wonderful and calm. Food variety is good and has subtle luxury taste, not very sweet. Keep it up!

The hotel location is very strategic, access to public facilities, malls, ATMs, Gramedia, places of worship (Chapel), restaurants, etc. Four Points Pakuwon will always be my and my family's choice when on vacation.

It's very convenient, being located above the Pakuwon Mall, so you can just go downstairs for food. We were also able to check in before 3:00 PM, as the room was already ready. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm planning a staycation in West Surabaya.

The hotel's prime location, adjacent to Surabaya's largest mall, makes it easy to explore, shop, and dine. Furthermore, the service from all the hotel staff is exceptional, and the cleanliness is excellent.

At breakfast, I tried the steamed shrimp and tofu menu and it was delicious. I've never seen this menu in other hotels. The restaurant staff was very friendly, I was accompanied very well by Mas Fawes and Mas El. You can take away drinks (coffee/tea/juice) or bread. The best. I stayed with my 5-month-old baby and got a baby bath (must request first). Unfortunately, there are no sterilizers for baby equipment. You can leave breast milk in the hotel refrigerator/freezer too. Parking is free until 2 pm. If you want to extend your stay, just ask the receptionist. They will help you extend the free parking.

The breakfast variety is extensive, and all the staff are truly top-notch. The facilities are complete, and there are several cute areas around the pool, like the gratitude stone and meditation area. It's perfect for a staycation with your partner or family; you won't get bored no matter where you go.
