The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. From the parking lot, when they saw us carrying our luggage, they immediately took us to the lobby. The receptionist was friendly and very polite, both in terms of gestures and words. I met two different people, and they were all friendly. The security guard was also friendly. The location is close to Pakuwon Mall, the hotel is on the main road. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The pool area resembles Balinese style. The price is also affordable for high season, maybe because it is not close to Malioboro. I really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. But we didn't choose the breakfast package so I can't comment. If the hotel had an outdoor area for jogging, cycling, etc., it would be perfect. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future. Best of luck, Aveon.

The hotel is close to Pakuwon Mall in Yogyakarta, as well as authentic culinary delights and Jogja souvenirs. The staff are friendly, and upon arrival in the lobby, you're immediately offered a welcome drink. Service is prompt, from security to the receptionist. Express laundry is available individually at the hotel. Laundry by the kilo is also available nearby, and can be delivered within 3-4 hours. The rooms are spacious and clean. Perfect for a family vacation. The environment is quiet and very comfortable. I would stay here again if I were to visit Jogja.

Very comfortable like the first time I came in 2020/2021, now it's even more comfortable with a large pool at the back, and you get a discount voucher for your next visit.

It's my second time staying in this hotel. The new swimming pool is very nice, but I think there are some issues with garbage storage causing a bad smell nearby.

Location on the edge of the main ring road - Overall, everything is comfortable, but it turns out the location is quite far from Malioboro and Prambanan temple, about an hour to the tourist location

Not suitable for seniors, the sound system is too loud to the point that music can be heard in the room.
