Besides the staff being responsive, friendly, and trustworthy, the villa's location is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The only drawback is the prayer area. It's close to the mosque, but next time, ask for a prayer mat. If I go back to Malang, I'll definitely stay here again; Villa Batu Safir is top-notch.

I had the most pleasant stay here, the villa was good, it has a water heater, smart TV, pretty spacious for 8-10 people and pretty close to the center of the city. I will stay here again with my family if I ever go to Batu and I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a budget villa for 8-10 people.

The location of the villa is close to BNS and Batu Secret Zoo. Being in a housing so comfortable. With 4 rooms and complete facilities ranging from cooking and eating utensils, WiFi, hot water, extra beds too. Satisfied, it could be an option if the crowds go to Batu again.

The villa is good at a fairly affordable price, and the most important thing is that it is clean, the response of the officer is good, the facilities are complete, it's just that the hot water is a bit problematic.
