Unbelievable great customer service 😁😁 I have many luggage and the staff assisted to bring everything up without hesitation. This is like a service apartment concept . Upstairs is apartment and downstairs is shopping mall, gym and pool. I am going to definitely recommend to my friends and family to choose this place and Luco.

Best apartment in Kuching. I stayed in many places in Kuching and this is by far most best location. On top of shopping mall, many restaurants and shopping. Favourite is the local food hall. Best chicken rice and Kolok me! Swimming pool and gym on floor R in same building and service is good. I extend my stay. Thank you Luco!

it was a nice, clean & a great place to stay but the service is a bit off when we arrive there, he didn't even bother to show us the apartment.

The place makes it so much fun to visit kuching for business and holiday trips. Large room And the mattress is very comfy. Luco's staff is very friendly. hygiene also keeps shopping shopping and dining is easy as the downstairs is Viva city shopping mall, the location is also close to the airport by grab just 10 minutes ... perfect location! thanks Luco Apartment, will be back again.

The service is too good. Remember to book this one and don't go to see another one. Service is 10 minutes. All the equipment are available. The boss and staff are very friendly. Apartment on top of shopping center. very convenient. Will come back again.

Great service. Fast communication and information obtained from Luco is very helpful. I just arrived in Kuching and they explained everything to me. New apartments and comfortable beds. The apartment is located above Viva mall. There is cinema and many places to eat in the mall. Highly recommended!

Good location, friendly staff, spacious, modern and clean. The apartment is very big with 3 bedrooms (all with aircond), 1 dining hall (aircond), 1 living hall (aircond), kitchenette, washing machine & dryer, towels, toiletries, WiFi connectivity and great view! In addition to that, the apartment was located above a shopping mall! Definitely will come back again in future!

Location connected to shopping mall, very good. It's easy to find your daily needs. It's nice to find a place to eat. Clean rooms and washing machine and kitchen facilities are very helpful. Luco's free parking and management services are excellent. very good and comfortable environment. The rooms are modern and very clean. have amenities like gym and swimming pool I really like this apartment and will be back on my way to kuching in the future

Booked rooms are perfect for families going on vacation in kuching sarawak. Mr Andy's friendly staff and management are very helpful if you have any concerns about rented apartments. The large pool also influenced why I was coming back. There is a large mall under the apartment called Viva city megamall, there is plenty of food and shopping here.

The first thing to say about this apartment is that it's location is great, it is near to everything in Kuching and the airport is only 15-20 minutes drive away by Grab. It's connected to Viva City Megamall which has a hypermarket, many eateries and shops. It also has a cinema. If you are in Kuching for any period of time, this is by far the best place to stay. The room and the service were great. The Luco team was very welcoming and helpful. Mr Shairul served us during our stay and the service was top notch. I highly recommend this place to stay when visiting Kuching. I will be back again!

Internet network for TV broadcasts is very ugly. can't watch at all, the others are OK.
