I was denied

The hotel claimed not having received the payment from the booking platform. So we had to pay again a higher amount. In the end we agreed on being refunded the dfference and are waiting for the money from the booking platform. In 2023 such things should not happen. It meant additional effort for everyone.

Not comfortable

Good but could be better. Need some improvements especially with regards to laundry and toilet.

The environment was disappointing, service was very poor. There was no professionalism with staff members. The room was really disappointing that I regretted the booking.
