Room was clean and big .. they can improve a lot if they want .. but good location if you in transit in Entebbe.. staff was courteous and they dropped me to the airport free of charge

Room was clean, tho spartan On the 4th floor, no elevator: so tough at 78years with luggage Breakfast on the deck, 5th floor A great restaurant right next to hotel Turn left, then left again at the end of the building, 3 separate terrace settings also with a sports bar as well as music on some nights

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Other than that, I booked and paid for an Executive Double Room, 1 Bedroom, but they gave me a Standard Room instead. The room wasn’t so clean, the bed was as hard as a rock, and insects invaded the room during the evening, with no mosquito net provided. There was an electric kettle, but no cups, no water, and no tea or coffee—completely pointless. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Good place for short stay.

The airport pick up was late. We had to call the manager to as there was no car or driver at the airport, we had a midnight flight and had notified the hotel about our itinerary three days before our arrival. At the hotel, they claimed we they did not have our booking! We had to fish out our phones, somehow get the internet, and show them the confirmation email. However, as a sign of remorse on their side, we were given an extra hour of stay as we had checked in late.

The staff here were really helpful. They organised at airport pickup for me at 2am and gave me a later check out time.

The staffs were very good

I came in late at night and they were there waiting for me at the airport, very helpful and easy check in, they carried my bags up the stairs. Beautiful view of the lake when I woke up. Bed was supper hard though. I had to leave early but they packed up my breakfast for me to go, an egg sandwitch. Make sure you have a recipe if you paid online as they questioned me if I had paid and took several calls before they found I had.

I was negatively surprised. To high priced for the service provided. First of all my in advanced scheduled taxi did not arrive in time. This was because if poor communication from part of management to the taxi driver. Second, the credit card payment I wanted to do was not possible, as the staff had not workable the equipment, si I had to use cash, I did not want to. Third, the bed is stone hard Forth point, there is anti insect net, but was full with death insects, all falling down, when I tried to open it for sleep. Fifth, no protection against the horrific traffic noise all night long. Six, I was offered breakfast, but the cook never showed up.
