Medina Palms never disappoints. One of my favorite places on the planet - excellent food, cleanliness, hospitality - and always feels like home every time I go back.

Good hotel

The hotel is amazing, very clean and the staff are friendly and provide quality service. One thing that was not very good was the food prices. Lunch and dinner as well as drinks cost a lot and often not quite adequate to quality. However, I did recommend the hotel to friends already :-)

What an amazing stay we have had. Literally everyone so friendly, warm, welcoming & polite. Beach bar setting gorgeous shame it doesn’t have a later closing time because we preferred it to the main building bar. Food plentiful & delicious. Sophia was our main person to look after us! Great service from all team Medina Palms, congratulations.

Madina Palms was simply outstanding from the time we checked in all the way through to check out. Our experience at this hotel was flawless. A special shout out to the entire team who work so hard to make the dream happen. We will visit again whenever we find ourselves in beautiful Watamu. Highly recommended.

This must rate as one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The food is fabulous. An outdoor restaurant. Great seafood. The room was great. Clean and beautiful. I really liked it. The facilities are great. A beach and lovely swimming pools. I will go back for sure.

This is a great peaceful hotel with fantastic staff and great rooms. The private beach area was a highlight with it’s only little bar and restaurant

We only stayed for two nights after a week on safari and it was the perfect place to re-group and relax before our next adventure. Highly recommend Medina Palms for families.

We had a short stay but we enjoyed it overall. The staff was great and friendly. It is also kid friendly. Their service was effortless and went out of their way. The food was great. I would recommend this resort anytime. We will back but for a longer stay.

The apartments are wonderful, it’s stocked with everything. Ann, Peter, Bosch just make you feel like you’re home; the food is such a huge and tasty spread, the pools are fantastic, always clean, beautifully clear and less than a minute walk from the beach.
