My stay was not good at all. I had to cancel the days I was staying there and move to another hotel. Overall customer service and professionalism was below standards. Food left a lot to be desired after long hours of waiting. Food quality and service poor. Lack of crucial items in the rooms. Took very long and after numerous reminders to get service and issues resolved. It was a very bad experience.

The hotel is new and some of the fittings are quite good. But the bath towels are already very old, the floor towel was ripped, the internet service was unreliable and the selection of TV channels was poor.
