We have stayed here twice in 3 years because of convenience because our friends live near by . there are repairs that need to be made and the carpets in both rooms have huge stains in them. Toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. The telephone didn’t work . Staff was top tier though. Our friends are moving to Indiana so we won’t be back to this hotel . Clean it up and make the necessary repairs and you will be much better

The property was nice

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It’s just got a few things that need attention. Entrance to both side doors do not work with the room key. The staff already knew about it. The ice machines were temperamental. Eventually, the staff told me that the only ice machine that worked was on the 4th floor.

My second time at this property. Convenient, safe, quiet.

The pool water was cold. That is one of the reasons I booked this hotel.

Children were running about the hallways at indescent hours. Trash bins outside around the hotel were filled and weren't attended to for my whole stay.

Was a good place to stay while back home for visits.

Very clean environment. Front desk agent Mahmuda was great and very sweet. She went above and beyond for our needs. Service was great! And of course Holiday Inn always been one of my favorite. Just a little concern that the body wash soup container was empty. Other than that no other complain. Breakfast with many selection was too good. Thank you for your service!

Rented the room to take my 5yr old grand daughter & her 9yr old sister swimming. Good thing my som knows how to swim because he saved a girl from drowning and her parents were no where to be found. They didnt even try to find him, nor thank him. The girls did have fun. The hotel is less than 10 min from my house so that was a plus. My only complaint is my deposit has not been returned yet and its 5 days now. I have never waited this long for my deposit to be returned. Hopefully it will be soon. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice. The kids ate pizza and i left a $10 tip for housekeeping for the trash.

The Holiday Inn Express had a wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel was very clean in the public areas. We had a great room. We enjoyed our stay.
