Very clean, they left enough bottles of water in the room, I loved the view, the restaurant food was excellent,

We rented two rooms, one on upper floor and one on the lower floor. The room on the lower floor had a strong smell of dampness, but no mold seen. They provided incense for all the rooms. The upper floor had intermittent hot water for showers. There were no end tables near the bed. There was cable and streaming options for tv although a bit challenging to navigate. Stable internet. The staff were nice, food was good and the view was worth the stay. Walkable to markets, church and town square with nice cafes and patios. Police walking around and a lot of families- seemed super safe and town seemed to close down before dark. Beautiful sunsets..

We didn't stay lost money. We call for a room one the first level. Do we have a wheelchair. There are only ramp to go enter and to the restaurant. So we left.

Lovely location in pretty town Breakfast starts at 8am .. way to late for hikers and no option for a takeaway breakfast Ordered steak in restaurant I asked for it rare and it was well done My Room was next to restaurant and very noisy esp with local live singer who tried hard but didn’t sing that well - she used a microphone and was very loud I couldnt get French doors or windows to close and staff unable to help

Excellent stay!

the stay was very pleasant , Only discouraging issue there was not hot water and the drainage system in shower took awfully long to allow next person to shower (over 2hrs.) to drain

Wash cloths would be nice and an up charge for things like jelly at breakfast was a little ridiculous. It is a lovely property though and the staff was great and we enjoyed our stay. An English menu would be an extra nice touch

The food was great and the restaurant staff was great. It had nice views but it does have a pool and they should inspect rooms to make sure you have hot water because it is located in a cooler area of the country.

I have to start by saying this hotel is stunning. The decor, the rooms, the views of the mountains. The extremely friendly staff. This was our favorite hotel out of all the hotels we stay at. This hotel was just beautiful. I highly recommended this hotel. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Me and my wife will be definitely be staying at Casa 1800 again!!! Thank you Casa 1800 for our stay. Till next time.

Incredible views, great food. Could be closer to restaurants. Road to hotel needs repairing.
