Okay property ( rooms and beds shabby and rundown). Staff was exceptional though, as was the food assortment.

Wall paper in both rooms peeling off, no working iron in the hotel to use. Lizard and cockroaches entering rooms. But staff pleasant and helpful.

Stayed for an evening. Particularly enjoyed the welcome host's professionalism and demeanor. Outdoor patio could use arranging. The grounds are safe and there's lots to do next door with dining and entertainment. I'm particularly attuned to service and staff was pretty good, including security. At breakfast, I'd ask that staff serve items in the order they were placed. The table next to me was given coffee before I was although they asked for it after me. Overall, I'd stay again.

Staff at reception , the cigar bar and restaurant were friendly and kind. The staff at the Irish Pub were blanks

The rooms are very clean, great customer service provided by all staff . Breakfast is very good, offering food for all guests. Kitchen staff is very helpful and ensuring we had everything we need. Thank you

Great view. Attentive and pleasant staff. Very good breakfast. Free access to the club was a bonus. Nearby restaurant was very nice also.

The staff are always really polite, profesional and willing to chat. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Shower is brilliant.

The place was amazing. Beautuful view of the waters. Absolutly amazing menu, seafood to chicken, featuring a lot of Lebanese couisine and creative food as well. The front desk staff were tremendous. I had been denied boarding on a Sunday flight so I returned to mainland and found Mamba Point. So glad for that.

It’s was great place to stay and the staff was amazing and very helpful whenever you need them. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

They were very kind and generous in letting me check in early at 6:30am and even gave breakfast for that early checkin . Staff were very friendly, helpful. WiFi was fast , I was able to work as well . Good amenities, breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here.
