Super cute, comfy, beautiful property and wildlife. Clean and maintained. Our sink didn’t drain, we called to fix it. Never happened. Service definitely could improve. Not a service based property. Lots of “no” answers because they can’t be bothered to help. We were alone in the bar and still we had to jump through hoops to get a room service snack to be allowed at the pool area. In the end we were told yes by one person and no by another. We ate it there anyway. Gondwanda glass bottled water was available in the rooms but could not be offered in the bar or restaurant. No agua con gas available at the bar but you could have it in the restaurant. Bartender made no efforts for better service. Lazy. A dual massage was booked and one person got over an hour and the other got under an hour. Inconsistent service. The rest was amazing. Just don’t expect anything above asi no más for service unless you make a fuss. The check in girls and cleaning ladies were great. Went out of their way to help make the stay great.

Had a wonderful stay at Alta Gracia Hotel in Caacupé! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bar and swimming pool area were spectacular. The staff were extremely helpful, respectful, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was top rate with great variety, and the restaurant was excellent too, really good food and service. Highly recommended!

Ostriches. Horses!

Ostriches!!! Ponies!!!! Park & Pool!!! My three year old Daughter is having the time of her life here. As for me and my family we love it here. ❤️

We have taken two stays in this place and we like it quite a bit. The beds are very good and the rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant does a decent job with good service. There are nice walking trails and the horses and ostriches running about were fun to look at. My only complaint is that both times we were there we had a problem with clogged plumbing and they seemed to be in no hurry to service it. Perhaps I spoke to the wrong person.

Beautiful property!

This is a great hotel with multiple amenities. There were cute ostriches and ponies walking about the property. My kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the breakfast and lunch options. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Caacupe.

Highly recommended - peaceful resort with very comfortable rooms. The daily breakfast was delicious and the lunch/dinner menus exquisite. They have 4 ostriches and 3 mini-horses roaming the property. Cannot wait to return to this property!

Las instalaciones en todas las áreas, desde la habitación hasta el patio y el comedor, fueron de primera categoría. El servicio fue muy atento y amable, y contribuyó al ambiente general muy agradable de las instalaciones.

Check in was easy, Staff were friendly, lovely environment, i felt safe to walk alone in the property. Room was confutable and clean. I liked the private patio. Pool is big and clean. Drinks was good and breakfast was wonderful, there were a varios of things to choose.

Atendimento terrivel no checkout, somente com 1 funcionaria e com todos os quartos saindo ao mesmo tempo. Zero tolerancia em horarios de checkin e checkout, funcionarios da recepcao arrogantes e sem nenhuma simpatia com os hospedes.

Super, fue muy agradable encontrar un lugar tan bien cuidado, limpio, con buena atención, no nos quedamos más tiempo porque ya no había disponibilidad.
