The hotel is located close to the heart of the city. The hosts were very nice and friendly. You can also drop your luggage after check-out and can come later to pick it. The reception is on the first floor and the stairs are a bit morrow.

This is a great value hotel. You have to come to it with the correct mindset. Great location, great city and great place to stay if you need to watch the cost. Don't expect the Ritz-Carlton. It is one of my fondest memories of a hotel though.
