Great parking, loads of amenities,easy check in

Easy and convenient, good quality for the price. Wish the room was a bit cleaner, some brown marks on the net and curtain and the table area had some marks, but the bed and bathroom were clean. Parking is easy and staff were very helpful. Next to service station so easy for food and amenities

Hotel is excellent, great spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and nice showers. Only minor complaint is the small shower screen doesn't do a great deal to stop the water well, bathroom floor ended up being flooded.

Room was not clean someone’s dirty t shirt was in the room with what was supposed to be spare clean pillows but the bag was undone and one pillow had been removed probably by t shirt guy! Carpet was stained in the room and was worse in the corridors. Bathroom floor not washed and someone else’s hairs still on it! Shower floor looked visibly filthy but this is the non slip flooring however it put me off getting in it. Heating system very good and nice that the window opened. I think that dirty t shirt ruined the stay as it was so obviously not properly cleaned which made me feel ill!

Easy stay loved the services next door with the food court. Little park at the back for kids.

A generally fine stay with some real positives: the staff were lovely, the room had good facilities, the bed was very comfortable once I remade it, and the view across the park was great. It was also quiet, and the air‑con made it easy to get the temperature right. A few things let it down: the décor felt a bit tired, shower sealant was peeling, the carpet was stained, and the kettle was scaled and awkward to fill. The main issue was the bed presentation — several inches of mattress were left exposed on both beds because the sheets hadn’t been pulled up far enough, which didn’t feel very hygienic. Overall, decent, but could be improved with more attention to detail.

Parking was spot on room was mucky very poor

The hotel was easy to access and check in was quick and trouble free. The room was tidy and had everything you would need but the cleaners need to reach a bit higher in dusting off the ledges and tops of pictures, mirrors and the bed surround. The bar area was basic but served its purpose and we hadn’t booked breakfast so paid for it on the first morning. Due to the good standing for so long under lights, the bacon was like leather, the beans had a stiff skin across the top and my orange juice glass had someone’s lipstick stuck to the rim which I hadn’t noticed until I had drank most of it. Another bugbear was that your room card closed off line well before 11am and so twice we had to ask reception to reactivate it so we could get back in. Plenty of free parking and fast food outlets right next door that are open till late

Clean room, great staff, easy parking, nice location. Shower should have a wider screen as water splashes everywhere during showering. Enjoyed the stay with family.
