Conveniently located near Arusha ARK airport. Clean and safe with some maintenance issues (flickering lights). Not the most comfortable beds, but acceptable. Overall a good choice if you require easy access to ARK.

Close to the airport, property not in great condition, i know this is Africa but i would give it 2-2.5 stars

breakfast was horrible

1st i was a late arrival due to unforseen driving circumstances. Once i arrived the receptionist was asleep, the reservation details were not available or accessible by the receptionist, i was given my room nonetheless, the wifi in my room did not work, the remote for the heat and AC was not in the room it had to be delivered by front desk receptionist, no wash clothes were set up in the room as well. Otherwise, the people were polite and friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was fair. I liked the hotel and setting as well. The executive cottage was very nice. I would gladly return and recommend it to others. However my lady suggested that they aren't up to standard of a 5 ☆ hotel. I'm not sure which level they claim to be rated as.

Everything was good until it was time to leave. I prepaid my booking through Hotels.com but the hotel made me pay again or they wouldn’t let me leave and they said Hotels.com didn’t pay them. This is the second time this had happened to me.

Der Pool war schmutzig und nicht benutzbar! Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren schlecht.

It’s a very clean and modern hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. The big BUT is the food. Every meal we had we heard the microwave run. The food was dry, not very tasty and far from exciting. If they hire a chef that doesn’t use the microwave for every meal, this is a great place to stay.

タンザニアでは安宿ばかりで最終日に泊まった事も有るかもしれませんがスタッフ、設備、清潔感問題無かったです。 但し、市内から離れているのでホテル外にはタクシーを呼ばなければいけません。 それからグーグルマップが間違っている可能性も有ります。タクシーの運転手も何箇所か行き来した後、ホテルに電話して場所確認してました。
