Decent breakfast and working gym. Internet was terrible , spent the whole week on cell data in between trying to use the hotel wifi , i thought it was the ISP at first , and im sure the provider played a role , but by the end of the week my cell internet remained stable 80% of the time , the hotel wifi was stable less than 10% of the connections i tried. Room not very clean but liveable , ac performed at 50% capacity most of the time but took the edge off (At least for the winter!) Hotel is livable but has large room for improvement on internet ; room and area cleanliness ; provisions in bathroom (any hotel that waits for a toilet roll to run out before replacing fails in my book!)

Pleasant B and B . Breakfast prepared to your order and delivered to your room in the a.m. at your request. Wine tasting in the evening. Room is nicely decorated and comfortable. Overall pleasant experience and good location with walking distance to downtown Napa .

All the staff were very professional. My room had a great view out to sea. The hotel is clean and well organised, but lacks a bit of character. The rooms are quite plain. Good for a business traveller.

The city of Beira, Mozambique was heavily damaged by cyclone Idai in 2021, and it will take many years for it to recover. The Beira Terrace Hotel has done a wonderful job of building a great hotel stay from what is available to the city still suffering the ravages of this terrible disaster. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was hearty and healthy, the location was great for accessing the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Really, I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Beira.

The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean. The bathroom needs maintenance. The gym needs a working air conditioner. The pool water was dirty.

I have stayed at The Terrace Hotel Half a dozen times in the last year. My most recent stay was a disappointment. 1- the room allocated to me was on the first floor 107 and it was so noisy from the street parties that I hardly got any sleep 2- the Mattress on the bed has done its time - you can feel the springs stabbing you 3- the shower door in the bath doesn’t close and it’s filthy with mould at the bottom 4- there is water infiltration at the right corner of the room by the window. You can hear water dropping on to the wall paper There needs to be some upkeep on maintenance of the hotel as a whole- Beira has numerous choices at the same price range and the Terrace hotel will need to up its game if it is to stay competitive
