I liked this property very much! The staff were so kind and accommodating. As a woman traveling alone, safety was the most important quality I was considering when booking a hotel, and this one lived up to its reputation and even surpassed it. I felt very safe and comfortable the entire visit. Many thanks to the kind staff.

The staff are always excellent

This isn't the best hotel for English speakers. The staff tries hard to communicate, but the rooms are awful. The first room I was given had zero light since the window opened into a wall, and the mattress was lopsided. The second room was right next to a public bathroom AND the restaurant, and the walls are paper thin. It also isn't easy to get a taxi because the hotel is on a side road.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good food served on the terrace. Transport organized easily in the city. Service is somewhat slow. Overall a very pleasant stay in Cotonou and quiet. Pool also well appreciated

I booked this hotel for my Dad's African vacation experience & tour. I am so pleased to report back with an excellent rating on all accomodations, amenities and the staffs level of hospitality and dedication to excellence in providing him detailed information for activities, transportation, city information, along with a superior clean, comfortable, stress free place during his stay. The included Breakfast was "amazing" per his report and he was made to feel just the way a tourist wants to feel when in a new and unfamiliar place. They even went out if their way to accomodate him with their concierge services tailored to his specific needs & budget!! I am 150% impressed & recommending them for everyone's stay!! The hotel was and the staff was really helpful

J’avais reservé 3 nuits, je suis resté seulement 1, même si j’avais reglé les 3 nuits à l’avance. La localisation et le personnel sont bonnes, mais les infrastuctures très mauvaises, il y a un grand travail à faire.

Hôtel de catégorie très moyenne. Le personnel employé est courtoix et sympathique, mais la direction négligente. Les chambres, bien que propres, souffrent d'un mobilier (fauteuil) sale et tâché, donc peu ragoûtant. Le petit-déjeuner reste simple, mais acceptable.

Trés bon accueil, navette aéroport à l'heure, petit déjeuner assez limité mais bon, repas du soir tré correct. Tout le personnel est trés aimable et a l'ecoute.

A deux pas de la plage et un peu à l'écart de l'hyper centre de Cotonou, un excellent emplacement : calme, non pollué, permettant d'éviter les embouteillages pour se rendre à l'extérieur de Cotonou et très sécurisant (quartier des ambassades et des grands hôtels). Personnel très professionnel, à l'écoute, très aimable. Service de qualité dans l'hôtel : service restauration, piscines... Un lieu que je recommande vivement.

Hôtel situer à 100 mètres de la plage , à côté du golden une équipe superbe et un hôtel bon marché et agréable

Accueil chaleureux et confortés satisfaisant. Piscines agréables et bien entretenues. Restaurant en terrasse au 3ème étage ventilée par la brise de la mer toute proche où l’on mange une cuisine très agréable, internationale et africaine très bien préparée par un cuisinier aux petits soins (il faut goûter son amiwo !) et servie par un personnel attentif et souriant.
