The room is a bit moldy, everything else is fine

I made the booking with hope that to get well-treated at upscale hotel in this province but I got the room with dirty floor, and the front desk was only 1 person who always play with her phone and never greet anyone like the smiling once anyone entered the lobby. Everything was acceptable such as location, hot water, air conditioner, etc. However, it is need maintaining all the time since the room facilities looked a bit old and the wifi signal is too weak. Lt will be my back up accommodation for the next time.

Quieter than staying in the central zone (market), but just a short distance from the city center. Good atmosphere, cool, comfortable, lovely accommodation. Private 1 point. There are rats running on the roof every night.
