The apartment is in good condition, very close to everywhere, I thought the reviews said there would be cockroaches, it's not cold, no, the room is very cold, but it's an old apartment, but I recommend staying there, it's cheap compared to others and comfortable. Suitable for bringing a large family, I brought 13 family members, no one had a cramped bed, comfortable. Towels are provided and there is no deposit. God willing, I will come back again, hopefully there will be renovations 😁

got 2 bedroom with big bed, unfortunately they didnt provide shampoo and tooth brush. even the location is infront of pavillion, its too difficult for a family like us that bring a big luggage and should passed 2 lift to go the room

Friendly staff but poorly maintained rooms, very strategic location. The rooms are very spacious, but the lights are dim and poorly maintained.

Inside the apartment is like an old apartment 🥲. It needs renovation I think. I thought I would get one like the one in the photo 🥲. During the 2 days I stayed there, there were 3 cockroaches.

The location is very strategic. Underneath there are many malls. To Alor is close. Room 2 can fit 10 people only unfortunately bathroom 1. AC is cold. The price is affordable and I added 2 more nights.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, underneath directly fahrenheitz8z8 mall, near the pavilion, isetan, Jalan Alor, Sungai Wang Mall. Near the pavilion mall there is a bus stop gokl (free bus) around easily found food, drinks, and others. In 1 apartment there are 2 rooms, 1 room there is 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 2 calar beds. Room 2 has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. There is also a washing machine so we can wash our own clothes like at home, recommended.

Perfect for a big group or family, the only thing is before check in need to contact the owner first.

the apartment is very poor service, location not found, telephone number not listed, after we hub, told to refund and buy another hotel. the room has been finished we ordered one month before. Not recommended
