The staff were really friendly and helpful, our room was very boujee with plenty room. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was a 10/10 - fresh fruit and pastries available aswell as hot options. We decided to opt out of the cleaning service and received a voucher for the bar as a thank you / great touch. Perfect location and great value parking in St James Quarter / only £30 for our 2 night stay! We will definately return.

The receptionist on arrival commented on how cheap the room was. Considering the time of year I think the room was appropriately priced. I did not find the bed very comfortable. The tv stopped working several times. Check out seemed clunky, another weird conversation as I was schooled about my bill. The server in the restaurant at breakfast was excellent, she was efficient, attentive, on the ball.

Really good check in and when we arrived around 1.45pm our room was ready! Nice quiet room, lovely bathroom

The staff are lovely. The hotel is clean. The room we stayed in was on floor 1. Right by the traffic lights. So being busy time of year. The noise from the traffic was really loud. Motor bikes stopping at light and buses kept us up a bit. The room other than that was great. Nicer pillows are needed and maybe a thicker duvet. But that’s personal choices. We would really recommend this hotel. The location is great. The bed was comfortable.
