Buffet, both breakfast and dinner, was excellent! The room is super spacious with a wonderful ocean view.

Awful!! Made a mistake at booking and out one person instead of 3 and got charged over $300 more at resort Terrible No English and very very very RUDE!!!!!

Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient.

The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good.

This was my second stay at the Live Max Miyahama Resort. I was running late and going to miss dinner. The reception called me to ask if I was going to make it. The dining room even stayed open an addition 30 minutes for me to finish eating. Very kind and professional establishment! Will keep coming back!

This hotel was incredible. Absolutely loved the room, the hot bed rock sauna, onsen, and buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

家族旅行で1泊しました。チェックアウト時間が11時だったので、朝もゆったりできました。バイキング形式の夕食・朝食は、種類も豊富で楽しめました。ただ食堂は少々通路が狭いので、後ろに人が通るたびに、風がきたり、ぶつかられたりと、落ち着いて食事しずらいのが残念でした。

お部屋もすごく広くてゆったり過ごせました。 部屋にあった露天風呂も最高でしたし、大浴場もすごくよかったです。リファのドライヤーつかってみたかったので嬉しかったです。

夫婦と子(大人)3名の合計5名の宿泊でしたが、100m2越えのスイート1部屋で対応頂きました。なかなか5名1室を対応する宿泊施設がない中で、部屋、ロケーション、ふろ、料理、スタッフの対応とどれも五つ星wありがとうございました。

部屋は広く、岩盤浴はスウィートルームはただ、飲み物のサービスもかなり多く、夜も朝もバイキングはとても美味しく、とても満足でした。 子供が部屋の金庫を触ってしまい、開かなくなってしまいましたが、すぐに対応していただけました。 また遊びに行かせてもらいたいと思います。

室内はイメージ通りで凄く綺麗で露天風呂が良かったです(*^^*)

スタッフの対応、良かったです。 　 晩御飯を楽しみにしていたのですが 牡蠣と刺身はイマイチでした。 朝食は普通に美味しかったです。 部屋は清潔でした。

お部屋は広くてきれいで設備も良く、とても良かったです。 お食事の内容もとても気に入り、サービスも良く、とても素敵な時間が過ごせました。 雪で、大変でしたが、景色もきれいで楽しい時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

食事が美味しく、最上階のお風呂も堪能させていただきました！部屋からの景色もよく、のんびりとした休日が過ごせました！

フロント、レストラン夜の、若いスタッフさんたち、とても爽やかで感じ良かったです。 何度か利用させてもらってますが、また行きたいと、一緒に行った子が言ってます。

2回目ですが最高です　食事もお風呂もお部屋も最高　何度でも泊まりたい　家族でも夫婦でも女同士でも誰とでも泊まりたい　最高しかない

部屋がとても綺麗なのと、客室温泉、大浴場共に気持ち良かったです。 朝食も豪華で満足の旅行でした
