Food was good

On one of the nights we stayed, there were children running up and down the corridors all night. When we complained to the hotel staff, as the children were disturbing out sleep, they told us 'they're just children and to use ear-plugs'. Terrible service from the hotel staff. Will not be staying there again.

Booked a suite. The best they had. Linen had not been charged. Pillow covers had oil stains. Floor had biscuit. No towel provided. Had to wait for a long time at the reception. They could find Expedia booking even after giving the Refrence number and payment receipt. Terrible experience

Poor customer service skills at the reception, not understanding.
