We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was a little tired looking but didn’t affect our holiday.

The room was very spacious with all that was required, only suggestion would be to have an inside table to eat food cooked in the room. Food options great, only downside was the service in Cafe Vila was very slow and occasionally at times in the three pigs as well. Libby in Cafe Vila was great and was always quick serving and checking we and other were good

We just love staying at Nasama and this was our fourth time returning. The staff as always is accommodating, helpful and caring. The breakfast is with out a doubt the best value inclusion I have experienced. So much care and love goes into the food at Cafe Vila and Three Pigs we were just so impressed and satisfied. The housekeeping staff were just wonderfull asking us daily if we needed anything done and cleaning as we needed. The pool beach and BBQ are just perfect and we had the most relaxing holiday ever. The only thing I think i need to mention is the kitchen in our apartment was showing its age and the toaster needed us to provide an adaptor to function. These are minor issues at best. I hope we can one day return once again . Thanks

We had pleasant 7 night stay. Room was a good size with lovely view of the sea. Really liked that we could lock the screen door, turn off the a/c at night and just enjoy the breeze coming in ( along with overhead fan). Food at cafe vila was delicious and menu offered good variety. The in room safe didn't work and will need to be replaced. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Loved our 9 nights here. Stayed in a beach view studio room. It was huge. Great kitchen with enough to cook up sausages in a fry pan and cook some 2 minute noodles or macaroni (stovetop and microwave). Full size fridge too. The housekeeping was second to none, those ladies are working around the clock to sweep and mop each room daily. My room was always made up perfectly. Breakfast had heaps of choices but my son preferred to eat in our room so we had toast on half the mornings in our room! 3pigs for dinner was great too, my son is still talking about taco Tuesday. Pool area is nice and quiet, no service or music around the pool which we liked, very tranquil. Was quite cold, so my son wore his wetsuit - but it was great when the sun was out. If you have little ones you may want to bring your own life jacket as the pool is pretty deep. The kids pool is about 30cm deep so my 4 year old didn’t like that- great for babies. The beach area, we loved exploring the rocks and coral. Saw starfish, and snorkelled in that cut out and saw a few fish which was cool. Heaps of hermit crabs on the sand/rocks area. We stayed in room 111 which is on the right side if you are Looking at the ocean. On the opposite side it backs onto the village and the church proceedings on a Sat and Sunday were pretty loud, but from our side we could hardly hear it. Great place to base yourself to do touring and have some chill quiet days. Would stay again.

The people, staff, building and restaurants are fantastic. We had such a great time there, the closeness to the ocean, the small lagoon for snorkeling, the view, all of it added up to a great holiday. In addition, the ability to organize tours was also a big advantage. Also, being a short distance out of Port Vila means it's quiet and you can organize transport easily to get around. Highly recommend you look to have your holiday in Vanuatu at Nasama resort.

I had a good time at the hotel. Staff is welcoming, discreet and smily. The food was good and some original. Everybody are trying to do their very best to ensure you feel good. Open and care... Choice on breakfast is just amazing, you will certainly find your besty and, it's included. There's a BBQ area outside, charming and impeccable. The pool is a good addition to the general feeling. Overall, it's been a good place to stay!

This place is great, everything is just great checking-in until checking-out. Staff are great and the new Gm makes sure that all the guests are well served. Food....my husband and i just found our new fave restaurant. The chef of this resort exceeded our expectation. Staff are very good wearing the kindest smile always. The room is super quite despite of the weather sudden change and strong winds and we really slept well and got the relaxing weekend that we need. Please keep it up and God Bless.
