Checking in process was a nightmare. Car park is not in the same building. Only provided one key for two people staying. Have to collect a key from a convenience store not near the parking. Then when we arrived there was a stained mattress protector that was discovered when looking for an extra blanket. Just received a email saying that they are going to take this out of my security deposit even though this was not our doing. Overall dodgy set up and would not recommend anyone stay here.

It was ok but expensive for what we received. The beds were uncomfortable. The curtains were falling off. The sofa was broken. The location was excellent though

Filthy, 10 to 20 minute lift waits, difficult car park, no milk, check in at covenience store, couch stains old, carpet needs replacing, eventually changed room to one no better and then had no acess to rooftop pool, normally would not complain but this place is a shocker and very disappointed with wotif
