Great staff all very friendly

Room was spotless, staff super kind…. Bed is very comfy!!! I missed having toilet brush and some paper for notes. I would highly recommend to book this hotel and I will be back Thank you

The receptionist at check in was great to speak to, and had good recommendations for activities to do during my vacation to Vancouver. The room was clean, and when we asked the cleaners to make our bed, they did a good clean, and folded our laundry that was left out. This will be the hotel of choice for my next stay!

Wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the room had a great waterfront view.

The pictures do not accurately portray that there is no lobby, no where for dogs to go to the bathroom, and the food is terrible!!!!!! You have no choice but to use the parking garage which is ridiculously over priced!!!
