1. In the 3-minute villa, the air conditioner was not cold for all 3 minutes. It was set at 15 degrees from afternoon to 11 a.m. and still not cold. I took a thermometer and measured it as 29 degrees. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep. The technician checked and said the machine was normal, then that was it. don't understand at all. Last time, 1 month ago, I also slept in a villa for 1 minute, the air conditioner was not cold, both nights my children and husband had to go to the living room to sleep. This time, at first it was hot, the next 2 nights it was a little less hot but only a little cool, the little baby slept without a blanket and had to fan himself. 2. The refrigerator was not cold the first day. 3. Swimming pool: do not set up 2 lounge chairs on the pool for your home. I called the receptionist to tell him to set up and then kept silent, no one shouted anything to set up. 4. First morning buffet: Villa guests are set up to eat in a private area at the restaurant next to the beach, but the buffet quality is worse than a 3-star hotel. The food is very basic and very limited. All 3 days the breakfast buffet was overloaded, waiting for a long time to get a seat.

Rất phù hợp với gia đình đi cùng trẻ nhỏ, vì resort rất rộng, có lẽ rộng nhất VN! Resort dài tới 800 mét và rộng từ đường lộ chính ra biển tầm 300 mét. Lưu ý resort này có 3 khu: KS, căn hộ và villa, cách nhau tầm 300 mét. Với quy mô như vậy, giao thông nội khu nếu đi bộ thì cũng kết hợp tập thể dục rất tốt thay vì nhờ xe buggy của resort chở đi. Hồ bơi khá lớn có nhiều hồ. Có 4, 5 chỗ cầu trượt nước cho cả người lớn và trẻ em. Có tới 4, 5 nhà hàng để ăn và siêu thị cửa hàng tiện lợi. Có phòng chơi game và leo núi trong nhà, kem và socola miễn phí, Cam Ranh Rope Park (công viên dây thừng) cũng ở đây. Có phòng tập Gym, chơi bóng bàn, tennis, cầu lông, sauna, đá bóng, yoga miễn phí. Nhưng chất lượng phòng thì ở mức khá, gió rất lớn và tiếng hú của gió vào cửa lớn, phải gọi dịch vụ kỹ thuật lên sửa lỗi. Nệm giường lún quá nhiều, tạo trải nghiệm ngủ không tốt, chất lượng gối thì ok. Ăn sáng và nhà hàng nấu rất ngon và đa dạng món. Nhân viên trực hồ bơi có vẻ không thân thiện lắm, cần đào tạo thêm nhân viên về kỹ năng mềm này. Check-in rất lâu và lúng túng, có lẽ vì dịp tôi đi vào lễ nên kẹt. Check out thì nhanh và gọn gàng. Có xe hơi thì chạy vào ra NT chỉ 30 phút từ đây; có thể ăn trưa ở các nhà hàng gần đó, hoặc gọi số nhà hàng gần đó họ ship vào như Grab vậy. Quy mô rất lớn có lẽ chứa phải được 2000-3000 khách; nên họ chắc ưu tiên các đoàn lớn hơn là khách walk-in (khách lẻ).

My family is only at the resort for a few days. Evening live music and delicious tropicana food. All Korean guests, feel like being in Korea. The minus point is that the room is poorly soundproofed. Hear clearly in the next room. The reason is probably because I'm in the family room. I booked a deluxe king room.

My family had a wonderful vacation at movenpick cam lanh, the facilities here are really good, the staff are friendly, especially the tram staff, thank you very much, I will definitely come back next vacation.

I am very disappointed with my stay here. I stayed in room 818 and the bathroom was leaking very heavily. The phone did not work to call for service within my room. The staff was nice but room was not was equipped. Very dissatisfied.

I had a wonderful vacation with my family, and the staff was very enthusiastic to support me, especially Tran FO who supported my family.
