Great customer service

We have received a warm welcome!! Staff offered outstanding customer service!! - room was clean, bed was comfortable -most amenities was available , location close to shopping centre and buses - air conditioning was working well - delicious meal ( breakfast and dinner ) -finally, I would suggest to do some renovations on shower

Do not stay in this terrible NO STAR hotel. Far away from Airport and city center, far from the beach also. Traffic jam always happen. Room is very old and toilet was damaged. No soap, shampoo, water supplied. Tap water is salted and undrinkable. Breakfast always lately and poor services. Very bad hotel with "FOUR STAR". Is hotels.com 's staff blind to allow this hotel 4 star? Just a teribble guest house no more

I do not like the property

Outstanding staff and complimentary breadkfast. Reasnable fee. Plenty of shopping around area. Secure building . Manager on site. English speaking staff

The staff at the M Hotel was helpful and kind. Noise was a factor as it in on a busy road and there is no sound-proofing. A beach shuttle was advertised but there was no beach shuttle readily available during my stay. After some consternation, the manager did very kindly arrange for a tuk-tuk to take me. She was trying to remove the promise of the shuttle from the online posting. All the staff I met were helpful and friendly.

Do not stay at Hotel Mbezi. It is shocking. The rooms were smelly and there was no water in the morning. The hotel did not even know we were arriving as they don't check their bookings.

The place needs alot of TLC. It could be a nice place if the owners would put some money back into their business!!! Bad showers!! And stop all that loud music!! Who wants to pay money for that?? You have to care about your customers!!! The reviews there are not honest!! Staff needs to care also!!

A nice place to stay in the Mbezi beach area. Good food and drinks and plenty of Took Tooks nearby to get you from point a to b.

Great affordable price, clean, and friendly helpful staff.

This property is not near the beach. However, the beach is about thirteen minutes away via car.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The Manager was very nice and attended to any situation we had. The staff was very nice too and friendly, food was delicious. The only complaint I have is that the shower needs a little updating. The rooms are cleaned every day and bottled water supplied, laundry is available for a fee. Overall really enjoyed our stay, despite the power going off, but hey its Africa. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the food, classic Ugali and Mbuzi. It also has that authentic experience.

Stay was fine. Good size room. Food from restaurant in the evening was really nice! Receptionist wearing headscarf was so warm and welcoming. She asked staff to make us breakfast in the morning as leaving very early before breakfast time which was very much appreciated! Thank you. Water was fairly coldish despite turning on hot. Air con wasn’t strong but you can turn on fan to highest level.

Franchement une catastrophe. Nous avons pris cette hôtel car notre vol à Dar El salam a changée du coup nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin départ à 10h du matin une courte nuit et heureusement !!!! La propreté laisse à désirer !!! Les draps sale ! Tache sur taie d’oreiller !!! L’état de la salle de bain une honte

Ei hirveän korkeatasoinen paikka, mutta kun vertaa hinta laatusuhdetta niin mielestäni ihan ok. Todella halpa.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit et c'était trop. Beaucoup de bruit. Douche horrible.
