Cleaniness of property.

Property was always clean.The chef was always courteous and prepared great meals.

The value is worth a stay.

Breakfast was delicious! No wifi in rooms. Only in the lobby!

Clean, nice place to stay. Rooms have great views of the mountains. Dont forget to plug in the water heater when you arrive.

Had an exceptional stay at this hotel, helpful workers, delicious food (best food I've tasted in Ethiopia) ,and very modern and comfortable room. The wifi is a little weak at certain times of the day so be prepared, I would definately recommended this boutique hotel

The room had an excellent view. The food was some of the best we had during our stay. Very reasonable price for the room. A driver picked us up from the airport and made all arrangements for us to visit the churches.

I liked that it was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was hot water.

Clean and fairly modern hotel, and great staff (very helpful and nice). The restaurant serves decent food. The menu has the standard Ethiopian hotel dishes. The location is a little bit outside the center. My only complaint is that there are no mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors. The room was full of mosquitos at night!

A good escape from the tough road in to Lalibela. Well laid out with plenty of lobby area and seating, attentive and helpful staff, a large menu to choose from with very good soups and decent wifi.

The hotel is a 30-minute walk from the entrance to the northern group of churches. Pleasant and quiet place to stay

I found the location of this hotel to be excellent. The views over the mountains was great from my balcony. I found the staff to be very eager to help and they set me up with an excellent guide!

This is your best option in terms of location in Lalibela, walking distance to all churches. Staff do speak English, have the right attitude and pay attention to detail. Extraordinary views of the city if you request a room with a balcony. Decent, clean, safe and good food prepared by the restaurant. Spacious room with very basic setting but more than adequate for what you require during your 2, 3 to 5 days stay. Own and managed by locals it is a great finding. I would not personally stay in another hotel where you have to walk lots to reach the churches. This hotel is in a 10 mins walk to everywhere you need to visit as a tourist. Would recommend to friends and would comeback, good for all type of occasions. two recommendations: 1. change the pillows as they are thicker than usual; 2 lower down the volume of the TV in the lobby

Great staff, quiet spot, great rooms, great value. Very good breakfast. And they hooked me up with a great guide to churches and the monastery at the top of the mountain. The manager, Moges Wedaje, was very helpful, and took me to some great local places i never would have found on my own.

Excellent value! Some of the rooms have beautiful views of the mountains. Very easy to arrange tours of the churches. Shuttle to and from airport.
