Diana Monteiro really went above & beyond by making our hotel room a priority for cleaning to check-in early. I literally booked the hotel same day arrival into Porto. She even wished me a happy birthday and arranged a very thoughtful note and brownies wishing me happy birthday. The hotel was always so clean, smelled nice, safe, quiet, unbeatable location to shopping, cafes, restaurants, all staff so friendly. Loved the pool!

Hotel was excellent with great staff and great facilities. The room was very big with an excellent shower. My only complaint is that the room could do with sound proof windows as the road outside can get noisy.

Elisa the receptionist was super helpful to make our stay memorable.

The property was very clean and the amenities were amazing. Definitely recommend for people that don’t mind spending an extra dime for the comfort!

Broken internet. Clean room. Have to pay to use pool unless you bring your own swimming cap. No draft beer at hotel bar. Room service prompt and inexpensive.

Staff were very good, and the facilities were good, but we left something in our room, and staff never followed up or responded to us after we checked out.

Great simple stay centrally located and close to the beach!

Great hotel located by the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. Staff was great and cleaned every day and the property was very well kept.

We arrived at the hotel after paying only to find out they overbooked and made us take a 50 minute taxi to a different property and gave us a worse room than we paid for.

Power was out throughout the country. Difficult to review.

Lovely hotel by the beach with highly professional staff. Room was very comfy and since we were there on Easter, we got a lovely delivery of chocolates at our door! They provide every amenity that can be anticipated. Unfortunately, since it is near a working port, they can only do so much about the view out the window, which in my case was a lot of cargo boxes and a cruise ship. Otherwise, location is great for enjoying all the sweet little seafood restaurants nearby.

Well appointed hotel, excellent breakfast and very calm. We had the swimming pool and spa to ourselves, it was just a little annoying that it didn't open on time.
