The room is spotless, and the staff was courteous. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing at this hotel. I would definitely revisit in the future.

Nothing unique a normal hotel with good customer service. Gym is in basement with no windows and little claustrophobia

Generally the property looks great from the outside but the rooms and its content where old and outdated. Poor internet connection food quality appeared stayed.

One of very few business hotels in Douala. Friendly helpful staff with good English. Few challenges with Wi-Fi connectivity, but the staff were helpful in resolving them.

Nice structure from the outside, absence of basic needs in the rooms, toilets and living space as I stayed in a delux junior suite . Staff smile, but service sometimes is too slow and they need reminders.

Great Location, just opposit Maison H. However their hotel rules are too strict. Rooms are a lil too small. Mind you after checking-in I noticed there was no refrigerator in my room. Went down to reception and they brought a new one 2 hours later. The phone in the room wasn't working as well. Went down again and 6 hours later it was changed. The bathroom doors have no locks. They've got a swimming pool but prices haven't been set yet, so external hotel guests can't swim. We were told the swimming pool was open 24hours but that was false. The Hotel is New. The reception staff are welcoming and go out of your way to help where possible. The bed's comfy, bedding and sheets are of extremely good quality. My keycard kept messing up so I had to get a second one. Oh Hey! WiFi sucks too. Overall good and new hotel that just needs a lil 'polishing' up.

Good location, but low service quality (especially reception). They never answer the msg through Hotels. You have to call them for shuttle and other requests. It is acceptable for Cameroon.
