Friendly staff. Room was nice and clean and great breakfast choices.

I loved it was a brisk 5 minute walk to and from airport. My sleep wasnt disturbed even though thats a busy airport

Love the location of the property, very close to the airport. Staff were super nice. Our flight got there early and they allowed us to check in for a small fee instead making us hang around till 3pm. Overall great experience would definitely recommend.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff were very polite. Shykyon and Sully were especially amazing—they made me feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be back to stay at the Hyatt again. That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. When you arrive, there’s no signage or staff at the entrance to let guests know check-in is on the third floor. I, along with others, ended up wandering around before asking someone for directions. Also, the beds were not as comfortable as expected.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Service was excellent as request for extra towels and toiletries were accommodated quickly. Breakfast was included in stay and changes daily.

Convenient to airport- literally a safe walking distance. Clean. Quiet. Modern lobby. Beautiful pool. Ordered from bar- good food; decent drink. Some distance from everything else other than the airport, but comparatively speaking, given that the island is small and nothing is technically “far” . I would stay here again, for sure.

My room had an oder of wet dampness. The smell was hard to ignore. Room 527.
