We liked the facility and the breakfast offerings. Lovely views and employees extremely helpful and kind.

This property was wonderful! The spa experience was relaxing. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. The view from our window was beautiful.

Excellent staff sorted out mistake re. Expedia double booked (4 rooms for 2 people!!!!!)

It was a real treat staying here, though we didn't have any time to enjoy the facilities because we arrived late and left after breakfast the next morning. The room was nice and quiet, and the view of the river and Finland, very pretty. Breakfast was excellent the next morning. The only thing I'd recommend was putting up some kind of curtain in the door window, because the light coming in is kind of bright. The bedroom area was dark with the room-darkening curtains, but the light from the door shone into the bedroom. I would stay here again--though it is slightly out of the way--to enjoy the sauna, pool, spa facilities, restaurant. I also bought some of the wonderful hand lotion for sale at reception...it smells fantastic!

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och fräscht rum.Bra allsidig frukost. Sist men inte minst en vacker utsikt mot Torneälv.

Hotellet är ju inte nybyggt men rummet var ok. Rent och fräscht. Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen. Frukosten var helt ok och pensionatsmiljön i restaurangen var trevlig. Man kunde promenera längs älven men myggmedel rekommenderas. Bra med gratis parkering. Fin utsikt över älven och midnattssolen.

Fina rum, bra mat och fantastisk miljö

Anläggningen gav ett slitet intryck. Varken spa eller restaurang var öppna. Sköna sängar och bra frukost.

The superior rooms are very basic and do not have a minibar. The bedding is quite poor. The breakfast is decent. However, you have to clear your own table after breakfast (which is very surprising for a 4-star hotel), and you won’t see any staff around.
