Beautiful place, excellent service, and practical location.

If I could give a review of negative stars, I certainly would do so. I cannot believe that the word 'luxury' is included anywhere in this posting, as it was far from it. To begin: The unit was terribly dirty and it was apparent that it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time; The screen door was broken; The advertisement clearly lists an airport shuttle as an amenity. They only have an airport PICKUP, and required you pay 200 cedis for your return. the dining chairs were ripped and stained; the walls were filthy; the refrigerator was broken, and they'd replaced it with a microfridge which was ALSO broken (only the freezer worked; the bed was horribly uncomfortable; the property manager did not inform the front desk that we would be renting, and as such, check-in took an hour. I would not recommend a single soul rent a unit at this location. This was the biggest disappointment of our trip, and we chose to leave early because of the conditions. Even if it were free, I still wouldn't return to the Ghana "Luxury" Apartments. It was trifling, disorganized, and not worthy of a single dollar. Do NOT waste your hundreds of dollars for this place. There are MUCH better places to stay in Ghana. Buyer beware!

The property was great. The convenience to walking to the Accra Mall and easy dining at Sage restaurant was amazing. Security made the property safe to stay, as did the facial recognition to enter the buildings.

Very nice place to stay. Staff are very friendly and responsive.

Just needed some tlc for the walls and the light switches just wipe down soap and water from the smudges on the wall but it wasn’t bad just needed tlc

Place was decent and comfortable. Ernest was our host and he was exceptionally nice and ensured our stay was pleasant.

Benjamin our driver and the hosting agent Prince were very polite and respectful.

The facility is clean and team is proactive. I had a comfortable time.

Nice and great place

After I sent my a copy of my passport as requested and the property emailed me to confirm my reservation, we still spent almost an hour before we could check-in. First, the front desk still couldn't find my reservation. Second, the staff member who was assisting was rude and impatient. Third, I was told that I should have received a text from my host so they could help me check in. I never received that info. So I spent almost 1 hour waiting for the front desk to find "this person." As a result, I ended up leaving and checking into a different hotel. I didn't stay the duration of the trip. I would like a refund if possible.

They were friendly and gave us services with a smile

The property is well maintained with friendly and supportive staff. Joseph and Ernest were wonderful. The house cleaners too did great job. The location of the property is great. It is in proximity to the Accra Mall and few minutes walk from Melcom Supermarket. I would like the property to get the plumber to work on the shower drainage and the kitchen sink. The water takes a long time to drain out. They need to be unclogged. The neighbourhood is safe too. I an my wife had a very positive experience of the property. I will definitely stay in the property again. I would like appreciate the property and the team for being a wonderful host.

The property is modern and spacious with good mod cons provided. However for a 3 bedroom apartment there was only one television and the WiFi was erratic even within the apartment. There wasn't enough crockery and glassware provided and we had to ask for these to be provided. All in all a good experience but there is significant room for improvement.

Good location, clean facility and good amenities. Great experience. From the airport pick up to airport drop off. No complaints. Communication was very effective immediately after I booked. Upon arrival my host was exceptional- very knowledgeable about the area when I had questions ; and frequently checked in to ensure I had no concerns during my stay. To those reading, do yourself a favor and book Accra luxury apartments at East Legon.

Very clean and nice property with tasty food at restaurant. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want apartment feel.

Everything was great, no hot shower for one evening but was fixed as soon as I told them.

It was a nice apartment and service was good! The check in and check out process was a little bit long but all in all pretty smooth

The host was great…. I had a wonderful time.
