Did not care too much for the neighborhood, which was a bit too noisy

A nice place to stay for a visit to the city. The area is very lively, with lots of food choices, stores and people. The service is good and friendly. The elevators are extremely slow.

The staff were available and friendly. They were able to speak English and helped explain things to us like how transportation works. The room was clean and they did clean the room everyday. Especially after we mentioned one day they forgot they made sure it did happen again. They had laundry room that we used and their common space for gym and kitchen looks nice.

Well-located, clean, quiet and extremely comfortable with small space. It was my second time to stay and I highly recommend the hotel.

Location is amazing. Room is small but very clean and comfortable

Room is basically a motel standard. There is no real check-in area.. it is conjoined to a rooftop lounge/bar. Upon check-in received keys that wouldnt open the room door. had to pop back up and get the staff to join to help open. turns out the door has issues. after waiting more, requested that they change the room instead because they clearly couldnt figure out what was wrong with the door. the location is also very terrible. it is not located in a convenient place, but rather tucked away in a back street not near any bus stops or metro station. would not stay here again.

The room was comfy and had a much bigger bathroom than expected. The shower in particular was amazing!! This hotel was the best start to our Korea trip would recommend for everyone.

Room is clean and has everything you need. The staff are able to speak English and are always available to help. The location is fantastic!!!

While the location of the hotel was very convenient—right outside a subway station—the surrounding area was quite busy at night, filled with pub-goers. As many others have mentioned, breakfast was excellent and offered great value for the cost.

Friendly staff, nice facilities, and convenient location. I’ll absolutely return.
