It is a very basic room. No one is really manning the front desk. I did have a bit of an issue getting ahold of the front desk with the phone number provided as well, but finally got through to someone. Person on the phone was nice and able to call a taxi for us to the airport, which is what they mean they provide shuttle service. The breakfast is also very basic hotel breakfast, coffee, eggs, some cereal. We were also by an exit route and people were definitely smoking cigarettes which then made our rooms smell like cigarettes (ugh). So if you don’t like that smell, be aware! Otherwise it was just fine for our last night in Torshavn! It is very central in the city.

Very basic hotel in the town center. Clean, quiet, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing, all cold foods, small selection.

Hotel was in a very convenient location. Grocery store next door. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and it was plentiful. Room was adequate. Water in bathroom was very hot and good pressure. Bed was comfortable.

Lovely spot and the staff were so nice. Nice view from our room. Good breakfast in the cafe where you can get lunch with a 10% discount if you are guests.

The hotel is very basic and simple. Tiny room and bathroom with no amenities, but comfortable enough. We picked this hotel for the location alone because it's in the middle of the city centre and extremely easy to get around.

Well presented comfortable city centre hotel

The hotel was easily accessible and located in the centre of Torshavn. Breakfast was really good, room comfortable had no complaints.

Very comfortable rooms, just a few minutes walk from the harbour in Torshavn. Rooms were surprisingly spacious, and very clean. Blackout curtains kept the midnight sun at bay. Breakfast was included and was surprisingly plentiful for Denmark (more like a Swedish smorg). Overall, wonderful stay.

From check in to check out everything was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is right downtown. There is no hotel parking. You have to park on street or a few blocks away but not a real issue. i indicated had no soap twice on sink side (shower side is okay) but no one added soap. Pillows were supper soft so if you dont like soft pillows bring something to support that. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly.

When we arrived to check in, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and we were moved to another hotel not in the location we would have opted for. That said, the staff was helpful in calling us a taxi to the new hotel and also for calling the taxi we had coming to pick us up for an extremely time sensitive appointment. They said they tried to call us, but while I received other calls, texts and emails that day, I did not receive any notification about the overbooking. The hotel, or Hotels.com should have gotten in touch w me when they knew they were overbooked. And what's the point of making a reservation if it is going to not be honored?

Hotel was a bit lackluster. Registration was confusing as it was in the hostel next door. Decent location

Heilt ok hotell nær havnen og restauranter i Torshavn. Parkering i nærheten. Var ganske vått på teppet på rommet då vi flyttet inn, dette var muligens pga. rens/vask av teppet... Men dette til dagen etterpå. God service i resepsjonen. Enkel med og grei frokost.

Ikke nogen bar som beskrevet. Ingen indtjening mulighed efter kl 20 Dårligt indrettet værelse med beskidt gulvtæppe

Udmærket hotel med meget central beliggenhed. Morgenmadsudvalget var meget sparsomt.
