That was a good experience

Air condition did not get cool even at the lowest settings and fan on high! It was not hot outside, but no way to get the cool air to come inside so it was way too hot in the room. The breakfast however was fantastic with lots of choices and good coffee!

Clean and well maintained facility. Staff members are friendly, and our room was facing back side of the main road and super quiet. The blackout curtain worked well too. Enjoyed the breakfast also. It was a great stay visiting Trier.

We loved our stay at this hotel, very nice, clean rooms, lots of space and close to the riverside which was great for walks and cruises. Loved the thoughtful touch of free breakfast which was delicious!

There was no hot water in the shower. The staff offset the parking cost to show their understanding.

The hotel was fine; as to be expected of a hotel in this chain. It was just outside the center of Trier, so we had to walk a little bit for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants.

A great overnight stopping point for a longer journey

Good modern hotel

Very good hotel, the food for breakfast was good and whilst a little out of town, it's a short easy walk in. Overall a great hotel for the price.

Staff was kind. Stay was comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

This was our fourth stop in Germany. They had the best breakfast, and it was included. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. It's a bit of a walk from the train station and to the Black Gate and old town, but it's safe and easy.

From the outside it just looks like a basic hotel, but it exceeded my expectations! Really cute rooms with a pop of color. So comfortable and very spacious. The service team was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Limited parking especially if have mobility problems

The availability of parking is limited and parking a mile away in a car park with no security was a concern. The hotel made up for it with the service of its barman, Kenan. He is a credit to the hotel because of his professionalism and friendliness.

I have stayed there before. Needed to spend one night in Trier and was not disappointed.

The room was clean. The staffs were really cheerful. The breakfast was nice. We had enjoyed our time here.

Disappointingly this hotel does not have sufficient car parking spaces and the next option is a ten minute walk away and by car a one way system to cope with. Rather a long walk into trier too. Breakfast v good, room average but small double bed.
