It's a good service apartment. Equipped with all the necessary things like TV , washing machine. Full kitchen with dishwasher which is very helpful. It's a apartment so no reception is available. I had a issue with check in as the team missed to send me the checkin details. Ihad to call them but they managed it quickly and then chekin was smooth. The apartment is clean with comfortable beds . Airconditioner in all the rooms was great. Over all I am satisfied with Jimmy's.

Room was modern, warm and had great facilities. Nice, clean, modern bathroom. We had a bed, sofa, small table and kitchenette. Laundrette and luggage room in the basement. On check out day (check out time was 11am) we had knocks on the door at 9.15, 10.15 and 10.45 from housekeeping to see when we were leaving. We got the impression they wanted us to leave sooner. Friends in another room got a knock at 8.45 as well. We felt this was rude, and it should be ok to be still in bed almost 2 hours before check out!

Worst check-in experience of my life. The check-in code lets you enter the main door and then you need an email with the registration form, that i did not receive because of unknown reasons. I had to call multiple times, the other person spoke with a very strong accent, hard to understand, i had to spell my email multiple times without success. After almost 1 hour i managed to receive the email. A couple that i met had the same issue and they gave up and just went to another hotel. The rest of the stay was fine (great room)

Fantastic location close to the mainline stations and tram routes with easy access from the airport and into the city centre. Rooms were comfortable and had everything needed for a restful stay. The cafe and restaurant downstairs had very good food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Very charmy and comfy apartment. It's big, clean, furnished on a modern style and with everything you need for some days. You can get the city center by tram (100 meters walking) in just 15 minutes. We definitely recommend it.
