The housekeeping was not that great, we were going to pool when housekeeping came to do our room, when we got back the only thing she did was gave us more towels, didn't make the bed,didn't vacuum ,didn't get the trash, just the towel, and what we pay i do expect more then towels...

Hotel was nice. Room okay. Staff friendly Common areas not well maintained. IE coffee bar not well maintained. Simple cleaning in common areas not done. Ie the same coffee cup left on a counter still there when returned 8 hrs later while the attendant is behind the desk not doing anything

Nice place to stay when seeing off family for an early flight. Family liked the sausage gravy and biscuits. Other guest liked the pancake machine.

The two front desk staff were entertaining young men when I checked in. One of the men was sitting on the front desk and another was feeding snacks to a front desk clerk. It was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. Close to the airport. Probably would not stay there again.

Nice hotel. Road construction made it a little hard to get around

The front desk called at midnite to say there was a problem with rooms then proceeded to come by the room at 1250 to check ID then called again because they could not remember my name. They aanted me downstairs to redo my cc and issue new keys. I said I would take care of that in the morning. 845am they just knocked on the door.

We would choose this property again.

Just a standard hotel near the airport no frills or thrills. The very clean very polite staff. I would stay here again if I travel back to Michigan.

Staff was friendly, breakfast options had some variety to them. Place seemed fairly new. Location is about 3-4 miles from 28 th. st. where the nearest shopping and dining is located. The room itself was spacious and clean. The water was hot but could use more pressure. The tub wasn’t set properly and produced creaking sounds every time you moved. TV was kind of erratic turning on or finding stations. Wi Fi was good.

Bed was not comfy.
